In the recent years ,accompanying with the development of the logistics industry and the internet communications, the have brought a very big impact to logistics enterprise. The innovation of new products and managing style have been influenced by this tendency mostly. The customer relationship management will play a more and more critical role in the success of the enterprise. It has become the must for the enterprises to understand what the customer's needs and obtain favorable vale, increase the customer's loyalty. Above all, everything is based on the segmentation. So, in order to accelerate the development of the logistic industry and enhance the core competence in the international market, the logistic company should set down the stratagem according to the situation of our own country and segment the customers effectively.Based on the theory, the paper propose that only the logistic enterprises segment the customers and choose the most valuable customers, could they use the limited resource and service the target customers. Firstly, it summarizes the literature of core competence and the segmentation and then identifies the concept of core competence of the logistic company, expatiating the specific character of core competence. Then, it analyses the custom market including the demand of the market and the service of the logistics as well as the principal and model of segmentation.
