Analysis And Appraisal On The Core Competence Of Logistics Enterprise In China

With daily globalization of the economy and comprehensive opening of the logistics industry to foreign capital in china, overseas large-scale logistics enterprises inrush China massively, creates the huge pressure to the domestic industry, and the competition in logistics has been more and more intense. Facing domestic and international markets, if domestic logistic Enterprises want to win the competition, it is necessary to analysis own competitive power appraisal, to discover own competitive advantage, and then to cultivate and promote the core competitive power. However, the factors that affect its competitive power are various, the manifestation is complex. How to hold the principal contradiction in the multitudinous contradictions (i.e. core competitive power) and remove the secondary contradiction, which is an enterprise's superintendent and the operator must face directly the question that is difficult to solve. This is precisely one of the questions which to be discussed in this article. As far as the logistics enterprise is concerned, core competitive power appraisal research is helpful in improving enterprise's management and operation level, and is also helpful in optimizing society resources disposition, constructing saving-style society. At present, few domestic/foreign literatures on the modern enterprise core competitive power appraisal can be seen, therefore, it is a topic to develop the research on enterprise core competitive power appraisal which urgently awaits to study.This thesis is to elaborate the correlation theories on modern enterprise core competitive power, it is trying hard to construct one appraisal core competitive power target system that suits our country's logistics industry characteristics based on the research results of domestic and foreign scholars in this field, unifying and maintaining the target system integrity, succinct as well as between various targets independence, on this foundation, it establishing fuzzy quality synthetic evaluation model based on the AHP as soon as possible. Finally, combining the present situation of our Enterprise, the selection well-known enterprise-SINOTRANS AIR (SINOTR ANS Air Transportation Development Co. Ltd.) is the sample, by means of questionnaire, expert- grading data processing with the EXCEL software, it carried on the appraisal to this enterprise's competitive power, thus material about this enterprise's core competitive power is obtained, and correlative suggestion concerning the cultivation and promotion of enterprise core competitive power is put forward.In order to define the weight, 3 -scale analytic hierarchy processes are selected to make the target comparison easy, also to avoid non-uniformity of target comparison effectively, then the multistage fuzzy quality synthetic evaluation model is chosen according to the characteristic of research. The model is complex, but the process of data is simple that can be completed by using the EXCEL software simple programming, and the model is usable. It has certain instruction and reference significance to analyze and appraise core competitive power of our country logistics enterprise.
