Study On Reengineering Management System Of Postal Delivery

Postal delivery is one of the four important parts of the postal production. It is also an essential component of China Post's core competitive power.The postal delivery management system is perfect or not will directly influence not only the quality of postal service; the achievement of the management goal, but also the Postal reputation among the costumers. The most important thing is that this problem will affect the realization of the business development strategy of China Post.Nowadays, the Postal delivery management system is imperfect; some parts of it are very weak. The direction of postal delivery is not clear, the attention and investment is insufficient, the framework and manufacture flow is blocked. The employment and salary distribute is not normative, all kind of these problems makes the post management inefficiency. Under this circumstance, business like Express mail, Postal parcel. Ditribution of newspapers and periodicals and Business letters are extremely restricted. Weak competitiv(?) power and business loss had greatly influenced the realization of the postal development strategy. The work of post is an obvious short of the post management system. As a result, the postal delivery management system's rebuilding is a serious course that we should face.The thesis is composed by six parts : the first chapter is an introduction to the thesis' background; the main idea and the research. The second chapter elaborates the theory that has something to do with organization and reengineering the corporation. The third chapter has a brief introduction to the China Postal Network System, an analysis of the postal business construction and market situation. The forth chapter bring forward the idea of system reengineering and the last chapter is a conclusion.The thesis tries to rebuild a perfect postal delivery management system by a detail description to ensure to provide postal service with high quality, to give a good support to the postal development strategy and prepare the ground for the whole postal system reform.
