In the revolution and construction of China,China Post played a positive role in promoting and left a deep mark.Today,China Post as carrying the universal service,special service and social responsibility of state-owned enterprises,in the development of brave the wind and waves,all the way forward.Postal service industry is to provide customers with real convenience for the purpose,the service area and the service object of the postal service industry are constantly changing.The idea of the postal service to serve the people and to facilitate the people has been expanding its services,which has been closely related to the national economy and the people’s livelihood.The post industry has a good development trend and opportunity,but at the same time,it faces all kinds of challenges and threats.In recent years,with the Internet,especially the rapid development of mobile Internet,people’s lifestyles and habits have taken place in the earth shaking changes,which is bound to the postal industry had service brought impact and challenge.At present,great changes have taken place in the postal service market,service center of gravity from between personal communication,sinks and delivery of goods,transferred to serve social and business activities.Face the pressure and challenges brought about changes in the external environment,postal in the operation of the market must be to coordinate the balance between good customer development and customer value,customer segmentation based,pay attention to the quality and quantity of customer development,maintain the necessary revenue market share and market share,At present,the post channel coverage is relatively single,basically does not reflect the differentiated services for different segments of the market.In order to survive,the postal service must from the early independent operators to full marketing and extensive developing stage,began turning to maximize enterprise value as the core development objectives,to the market demand as the basic driving force of the scale efficiency of development stage.In order to realize this crucial change,it is necessary to integrate the existing channels.on the basis of clearing the theory about marketing strategy of the company,it analyzes industry data thoroughly,combing external environment of postal companies in JX with industry competitions.Then it looks into the internal environment from some other aspects,like abilities in marketing management and human resources management.It mainly discusses what the JX POST should pay attention to when adjusting the marketing strategies,and it’s of guiding value for enterprise to optimize and adjust the marketing strategies.
