The specific content of this research include:First, in determining the theme and significance of this paper, on the basis of the theory of domestic and foreign relevant development strategy research were analyzed, and then define this research framework and thinking.Second, considering that the lack of SWOT matrix evaluation, this paper puts forward with the qualitative and quantitative method, namely strategic status and action evaluation matrix (receiver by matrix) and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) combination of evaluation method for enterprise development, strategic position, then gives accurate positioning and construct the subordinate hydroelectric power enterprise of SGC the development strategy of the hierarchical structure model.Third, according to the established priorities of the development of hydroelectric enterprise subordinate the hierarchical structure model, the strategy of SGC hydroelectric enterprise subordinate to build including overall strategy, business strategy and functions of the general strategy strategic three levels design system.
