The physical function of electrical industry is power generation, transmission and dispatchment. At present, the current of electrical industry reform in all over the world is market operation. As a whole, the aim of electrical industry reform is to break monopoly, to introduce competition, to boost efficiency, to reduce cost, to be health price mechanism, to optimize resource deployment, to boost power development, and to build a fair and health development power market system which monitored by government, divided government and enterprise. After power industry system reformed, electrical industry has happened some new changes such as management system and relation of plants and grid corporations.The aim of power market is efficiently to combine power resource to implement advantage mutual supplement. During building market, the efficiency of electrical corporation and the while competition has been boosted through introducing competition mechanism.The study of power market gives emphasis on power market mode from study fruit and is short of deeply and entirely discussing how to compete in power market.
