Research And Application Of Strategic Performance Of Hydroelectric Enterprises Based On BSC-GRA

Strategic performance evaluation is the quantitative analysis of the effect of theimplementation of the strategy, be able to judge an enterprise strategy execution,monitoring enterprise weak link, guide the strategic direction, and enhance the marketcompetitiveness of enterprises. The context of power sector reform, the originalindustrial chain of hydroelectric power enterprise are recombined, enterprises are facedwith the strategic transformation, the strategic direction of the transformation of thehydroelectric enterprises and the process of the strategic implementation will directlyaffect the survival of enterprises. Therefore, the scientific strategic performanceevaluation system and evaluation methods are particularly important for strategicperformance evaluation. This paper studying on Hydroelectric enterprises, analyzehydroelectric enterprise features and existing defects of hydroelectric enterprisestrategic performance evaluation, research evaluation systems and evaluation methodsof strategic performance evaluation of hydroelectric enterprise based on the BSC—GRA，and verify the effectiveness and practicality by practical application.The main contents of the paper are as following:Firstly, Evaluation of the effect of the analyze the domestic and internationalresearches of Strategic performance evaluation, define the purpose and significance ofthe study. Research theory and methods of Strategic performance evaluation, analyzethe basic principles of Balanced Scorecard, Analytic Hierarchy Process and GrayRelational Analysis, define the ideas and methodsSecondly, Analyze the characteristics of general power enterprises andhydroelectric enterprises, study existing Strategic performance evaluation mode ofhydroelectric enterprises, put forward existing Strategic performance evaluation defectsof hydroelectric enterprises in the three aspects,competition, non-financial indicatorsand calculate results.Then, study Strategic performance evaluation of hydroelectric enterprises base onBSC—GRA, establish the BSC evaluation process, put forward the BSC evaluationdesign principles, design evaluation index system including financial, customer, internaloperation and maintenance processes, learning and growth of four dimensions, useAnalytic Hierarchy Process to determine the index weight, use Gray Relational Analysisto determine the degree of association between the actual value and target value,calculate the final score, and analysis and evaluation of results. Finally, research results are used in strategic performance evaluation of ahydroelectric enterprise in Sichuan，validate that this method is practical and effective.
