From this task, I hope we can arrive at a conclusion——how the peasants protect their lands rights and why they do those things.In this task, based on the research of the cases, we conclude that the collective organization is an unbounded organization in the process of peasant protecting rights. Their actions are always in the lawful frame, which are in the form of petition, sitting quietly and discouragement are used to express their interests requirements. As a strong part, the primary political power always suppressed the peasants actions, which lead to their opposition in heart. In the end, it turns into the violence conflict. Through the analysis of the reason for peasant protecting rights, we can come to a conclusion. That is, the peasant count on the lands strongly, but our laws don't definitely interpret the entity meaning of the collective owned land. The nation controls the lands absolutely. At the same time, because of their own desires and the pressure from the finance and performance evaluation, the primary political power begin to fight for the interests with the peasants. However, under the circumstance of the severe social employment, on the one hand, it is difficult for the peasants to find jobs. Apart frrom the low capabilities and poor social capitals, they don't achieve good education. On the other hand, the government use their power and other methods to collect the lands in pursuit of their own interests.Above the statements discussed, it is concluded that the main reason for the peasants mass disturbances is their advancements in rights awareness. The secondary reason is the subsistence ethic. The opposers'interidentification is the determining facor. The guide line of their actions is the regulation consciousness. And their actions'motivity is the pressure from the surroundings, especially for the primary political power and its officers.
