Land is the most important production and livelihood for the rural collectiveeconomic organizations in a long time, they are the basis material for they to engaged inagricultural production activities, and the major source of basic information. With theacceleration of the urbanization process of Jiaozuo, the growing area of agricultural landhas been expropriated. It inevitably bring significant added value for the agriculturalland turn into construction land, but the peasants whose land was imposed can only geta lower compensation costs, the most compensation was divided by local government.As stakeholders in the land , farmers did not participate in sharing the land value gainsof the urbanization process, resulting the interests of landless peasants was deprived,which gradually highlighted the justice problems in the land expropriationcompensation. This becomes one of the most important factors that influence the lastingPolitical stability of the society and an obstacle of establishing the harmonious society.In this context, by consulting a large amount basic materials of Jiaozuo,the thesisapproaches the compensation system of our country's land levy and analyzes theshortcomings and causes of the present compensation system of our country's land levy.This thesis falls into five chapters. In the first chapter, the author expound the purposeand significance of the this study, describe the research methods and theoretical basis .In the second chapter, the author analysis if current land acquisition is reasonable byresearch on the land expropriation system of evolution and theoretical basis. In the thirdchapter, instance analysis. Take Jiaozuo as example, and comparison with other places'land acquisition practices, this thesis discuss how to protect their rights and interests ofthe issues. Chapter IV, by the previous analysis, put forward a sound and reasonablesuggestions for land expropriation. Fifth chapter, a brief summary of this thesis.
