China's automobile manufacturing industry is no exception, In order to survive and development, various auto manufacturers begun to vigorously strengthen logistics management, reduce logistics costs and enhance market competitiveness, base on Lean Thought the automobile parts purchasing logistics is a new management concepts and methods. In this paper, through the study of the lean purchasing logistics of the auto parts, according to China's automobile manufacturing industry of its own characteristics and the actual conditions, put forward the lean method of auto parts purchasing logistics; provide a reference for the implementation of the lean purchasing logistics in China's automobile industry. Details are as follows:Firstly, in first chapter, the automobile manufacturing industry purchasing logistics mode as well as the study of the lean purchasing logistics was overviewed, and ideas and framework of this research was proposed.Secondly, in chapter II and III, the auto parts purchasing logistics system was a more detailed analysis, and the characteristics of China's auto parts purchasing logistics system was overviewed. And then analyzes the problems of China's auto parts purchasing logistics: seemingly just-in-time, serious waste transportation, unsatisfactory partnership, a low level of information management, auto logistics standards to be uniform.Thirdly, in Chapter IV and V, Lean Thought's Origin, connotation, theoretical system were more detailed elaboration; and on this basis, the theoretical system of lean purchasing logistics was analyzed and discussed.Finally, in Chapter VI and Chapter VII, the auto parts purchasing logistics methods were more detailed analysis and description. Mainly include: optimization of transport, optimization of parts package, optimization of parts procurement and inventory management, enhance the information technology construction, optimization of purchasing logistics management and management efficiency; and brief introduction to the A company's auto parts lean purchasing logistics methods. |
