Research On The Lean Supply Logistics In Automobile Enterprises

With the remarkable performance of the Toyota automobile manufacturing, lean production has widely used in the production of automobile manufacturers. From the supply source to support the effective operation of lean production is of great significance to automobile production. In view of the current supply logistics cost of auto manufacturers is too high,ineffective and lacking of the grim situation, this paper will research on how to realize lean supply logistics.In light of the research on the Dong Feng Motor Group and its subsidiary Dong Feng Commercial Vehicle Co., Ltd, Dong Feng Motor Corp. Frame Plant, this paper has done a study summarized in the following aspects.1) A systematic summary of the automobile supply logistics systems, including key content requirements and model;2) According to the analysis of characteristics and problems in Chinese auto supply logistics at present, the necessity of lean supply logistics in Chinese auto manufacturers is discussed;3) Based on the relevant theories of lean logistics, lean supply and the relevant measures of lean logistics in auto manufacturers, a lean logistics support system is established;4) Research on the process analysis method of the supply logistics improvement based on auto manufacturers'kaizen;5) Finally, lean supplier management, transportation optimization, materials procurement and inventory optimization strategy, optimization of information systems are made some reasonable suggestions.
