In recent years, influenced by the situation of macroeconomic development, the market of construction machinery took a downturn, sales of each product decreased significantly in market, market competition between construction machinery manufacturing enterprises was in an increasingly situation. Meanwhile, profitability of construction machinery manufacturing enterprises was weakened in poor market, especially construction machinery parts manufacturers had some funding problems more or less, the pressure on enterprises to survive was further increasing. Domestic construction machinery parts and components manufacturing companies want to go out the difficulties of tight cash flow and enhance their competitiveness, it must import the lean thinking and methods in production management process to reduce all waste including inventory, and production logistics was as the best way to tap potential and to improve competitiveness by many companies having Lean Production continuously. Therefore, study of lean production logistics system for the construction machinery parts manufacturers is meaningful.Starting from the production and operation status in L company, this paper analyze the situation of production logistics, summarize the difficulties encountered by companies in the logistics operation, in conjunction with their work practice, and thus do the research in accordance with the concept of lean logistics for cab production logistics system of the core components of the company.(1) Logistics management optimization of WIP (work in product), combined with process and layout of the cab production, analysis backlog reasons for the WIP, put forward logistics management optimization model of the WIP, through the design and implementation of balanced production, pull systems, Kanban management and warehouse 5S management, make a continuous stream of the WIP, reducing the number of production inventory in process.(2) Lean logistics system implementation of purchased materials, through analysis the incoming stream policy of the outsourcing materials, especially through the establishment of line edge library and distribution system design and optimization, reducing the inventory number of purchased parts and improve the efficiency of material feed lines.From the logistic management optimization of WIP and lean logistics system implement of outsourcing materials in both directions, this paper study methods for the theory of lean logistics implemented in L company landed in parts production, and promote the establishment of the lean production logistics systems, have a very important advance reference for lean logistics of construction machinery parts manufacturers.
