Along with the prosperity of Economic Globalization and fast development of China's automobile market, the management environment of automobile manufacturer is changing greatly day by day. Automobile logistics industry has long been recognized as the most complex international logistics counterparts, the most professional logistics field. In the part logistics in automobile production, Due to the large number of parts suppliers and other factors, the more difficult it is to control the implementation. Therefore, It is a very practical significance to the study that through learning the advanced production management theory, continue improving management and reducing part logistics costs. Through comparatively analysis of the domestic and foreign automobile manufacturers and parts suppliers in the logistics flow patterns, characteristics, and learn from the advanced experience in automobile manufacturing, in view of the domestic auto industry in parts of inadequate supply of logistics, combined SGMW vehicle status, we can design a suitable vehicle auto parts supply integrated logistics solutions for SGMW. The focus of this program is to complete the introduction of professional through third-party logistics companies to supply components for the realization of the logistics, and strengthen the building of the Logistics Information Management System, optimization of lineside part delivery. Construct the in-plant logistics and supply respond standard. Implement the packing standard and recycling. Examples of SGMW Setting implementation Path Selection goods in major parts supplier in Liuzhou are given in this paper to demonstrate optimization process, the final results show the effect of contrast finally.It is the aims of this article that SGMW and domestic automobile manufacturers can construct the lean production logistics system and reduce part logistics costs. Realize the integration and sharing of logistics information to improve operational efficiency. So as to further enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises provide a useful reference.
