The supply chain management is used extensive in every field as an Integrated mold in the background of globalization. In many construction projects, owners and construction companies signed a general contract. The requirements of the project owners has gradually improved, tend to one contractor responsible for the project from design ,construction to material purchasing .The general contract mode has great risk ,how to avoid the risk of the supply chain is a hot topic research.This paper summarizes the characteristics of the construction industry supply chain concepts, analyzes the sources of supply chain risk and induction the outside and interior risk of supply chain construction industry, established a risk assessment system.In this paper ,the construction project set the position of materials manager in construction projects to manage the suppliers of materials, for project design changes caused the replacement of material suppliers and the resulting expansion of the risk. In the process of judging risk, the AHP is used for hierarchical index. Then the triangular fuzzy method is used to analyze the index-weight, in order to avoid human factors in the process of weight value. Finally the paper evaluate the risk level of the project by fuzzy comprehensive judgment, based on the size of the supply chain to determine the ability of the construction supply chain to resist risks . By an engineering example to verify its feasibility, to provide a theoretical for similar projects. |
