Research On The Performance Evaluation Of Green Supply Chain Management In Construction Enterprises

With the development of human social progress and material life, the degeneration ofenvironmental and resource is becoming more and more prominently, one after anotherdisasters remind people that the "high consumption, high input, high pollution "mode ofproduction has been a serious threat to the survival of humanity. For a long time, traditionalconstruction enterprises have a high consumption and a low utilization in resource. What wasworse, the huge population of China making the country faces quite severe environmentalproblems. However, green supply chain can balance the conflict between economicdevelopment and environmental protection. So, green supply chain management ofconstruction enterprises is imperative for human survival and the development of constructionenterprises. The research on performance evaluation of green supply chain management inconstruction enterprises is significance both in theoretical and practical.In this paper, theoretical research and empirical analysis is used to study the constructionenterprises green supply chain management performance evaluation, the paper is divided intosix chapters. Firstly, the background, significance, and current research of constructionenterprises green supply chain performance evaluation were analyzed. Secondly, the theoryexpounded, including supply chain management, green supply chain management, andconstruction companies green supply chain management performance evaluation. Then, basedon the features of construction, the paper build a6-level indicators and28secondaryindicators of construction companies green supply chain management performance evaluationindex system, which including green design and so on. At the same time, the paper establishesa performance evaluation system of green supply chain, which combined with the fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method, Delphi method, AHP and Entropy. Finally, take ChinaConstruction Seventh Engineering Division. Corp. LTD for example, applied the establishedgreen supply chain management performance evaluation system to the enterprise. Then thetargeted optimization scheme based on the results is proposed.On the one hand, this study wants to enrich the theory of the performance evaluation ofgreen supply chain in construction enterprises, on the other hand, it hopes to providetheoretical basis for the performance evaluation of green supply chain in constructionenterprises.
