Since the end of 20 th Century,in the background of rapid development in science and technology and productivity,the global information network gradually formed,and accelerated the formation of global market,coupled with the acceleration of technological change,the new products emerged in an endless stream,the market fell into increasingly fierce competition.With the development of productivity,the innovation of manufacturing technology and the diversification of customer demand,the product life is shortened,which requires enterprises to shorten the delivery time and improve the quality of products and service quality.In order to obtain the competitive advantage in the new situation,the vertical and horizontal integration of enterprises is increasing.With the rapid integration of supply chain,the supply chain brings the competitive advantage to the enterprise.The transmission of supply chain risk has further led to the vulnerability of supply chain,which leads to the low efficiency of supply chain management,which often occurs in the supply chain enterprises and cause different degrees of loss.In this paper,Z company supply chain risk management is the main object of study.Through the research on supply chain risk management of Z company,in theory,can further enrich the theory of supply chain management and risk management theory,the establishment of a complete set of supply chain risk identification and analysis methods,such as Z,solve the same enterprise in the face of pipe supply chain risk problem;in practice,you can revisit the equipment manufacturing enterprises in the supply chain in the process of operation,to ensure the enterprise supply chain interests at the same time,effectively prevent the occurrence of various types of risk and a reasonable solution to some emergencies.For Z,it is conducive to create a safe supply chain operating environment,improving Z company's overall competitiveness in the industry.This paper consists of five parts:The first chapter is the introduction,which is mainly about the research background of enterprise supply chain risk assessment,the research status of supply chain risk management at home and abroad.The second chapter is the theory of supply chain risk management summaries,including the relevant theoretical knowledge about supply chain risk and the principle of the model used in supply chain risk assessment.The third chapter is Z company supply chain risk factor identification,mainly to define the supply chain risk factors of Z company.Through the internal investigation,using SWOT analysis and Porter five forces model framework,to analyze Z company in the industry positioning and supply chain competitiveness.It is getting the data through the questionnaire form to summarize Z company supply chain related factors,,through the empirical analysis of the data,the supply chain risk factors for Z's classification,to provide the conditions for the subsequent various risk evaluation.The fourth chapter is based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and neural network comprehensive evaluation method of Z company supply chain riskevaluation,mainly for Z company supply chain risk evaluation.By using rough set theory,the importance of the third chapter in the analysis of various risks,and it is to set the weight according to their importance;By using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and neural network comprehensive evaluation method,it is to evaluate the two level index contains all kinds of risks,by the method of comparing the two kinds of evaluation results achieved after its importance in risk.The fifth chapter is Z company supply chain risk analysis and management measures,mainly for Z company supply chain risk analysis on how to prevent and control.According to the importance of Z company's various risk factors and their own attributes and reasonable risk management,to give practical control measures.The research results of this paper can be directly used in the management process of the supply chain of Z company,aiming at the rail transportation manufacturing enterprise supply chain risk management situation and management control points,to help improve the system of supply chain risk management of enterprises.
