Optimization Study Of Business Strategy Under The Current Asset-liability Management System Of China Merchants Bank Xining Branch

Since 2005, China Merchants Bank recognize that with the deepening of China's financial reform, financial market continues to develop and market risks gradually revealed, the traditional commercial bank asset-liability management model has become increasingly unsuited to development of the situation. Therefore, to accelerate reform the traditional model, as soon as possible to the modern model shift in asset-liability management is imperative. Beginning in 2006, drawing on international experience in management of modern commercial banks, China Merchants Bank introduced a series of asset-liability management reforms in order to establish a new asset liability management system, which is based steady growth in net interest income and value of the stock market, and market risk management as the core. China Merchants Bank Xining Branch as a branch of the provincial-level business strategy adjustment is also facing a major decision.In this article, the author analyzed and evaluated the Xining branch's current business strategy, In order to achieve a strategic development plan of the Xining branch, the author analyzed the external business environment and the actual operation of Xining branch. And proposed an optimization scheme, which is in order to achieve sustainable and healthy development of Xining branch. In the article, the author points out that the Xining branch's business strategy under the current asset-liability management system has been unable to achieve their business development needs, must be optimized and improved. Subsequently, the author elaborated on China Merchants Bank branch in Xining, the current asset-liability management system, the target location and the main conflict. And separately from the profits/capital strategy, product strategy, pricing strategy, customer strategy and channel strategy five aspects to optimize, trying to find a balance in the current management system, the strategy of scientific development of Xining Branch. Optimization strategy in the specific implementation of the program, the author introduces the "Balanced Score Card" of the assessment tools, indicators described in detail in the design process, design, and implementation of the difficulty of the program were analyzed, suggested a solution method and improve the program.
