Before the reform and opening up,China's market economy was desolate,and productivity was behind,at that time our country's companies were basically small,and the company's projects were basically small.After the reform and opening to the outside world,the productivity is more and more advanced,the sizes of most companies expand ceaselessly,the market demands are more and more big,and big projects are also more and more.Since many foreign companies enter China,and many Chinese companies come out to the world,the global market competition is intensified and the company's requirements for the project management level are higher and higher.And the project has gradually become a very important means to enhance the competitiveness of enterprise,it is the role of the strategic objectives of the enterprise into economic benefits.Implementation of the project objectives cannot be achieved overnight,it requires a process,this process is called project management.The meaning of project management refers to the effective planning of resources in order to achieve the purpose of management,to ensure that the objectives can be achieved.The project management in our country has made great progress both in theory and in practice.For example,the theory of project management is more and more mature,and the project management has realized the diversified development in the application.But at the same time,the defects of project management are also gradually exposed.For example,there are great risks and defects in the internal control system;there are many disadvantages in the production plan.How to find risks and defects of the company internal control system,and how to optimize the production plan are the problems which need to study and solve now.As a discipline,which was born in 1960 s,fuzzy mathematics has been involved in a wide range and has been applied in many subjects.Taking the internal control and production planning of project management as examples,this paper focuses on the applications of fuzzy optimization theory in both of them.And taking H company as an example,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and fuzzy optimization theory are applied to the H company's internal control and production plan,so that the profits of H company to reach the maximum.This thesis is divided into five chapters,the first chapter is the introduction;the second chapter is an overview of fuzzy optimization theory and project management;the third chapter is the analysis of the current situation of project management of H company;the fourth chapter is the improvement of the project management of H company with the hope of fuzzy optimization theory;the fifth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.In this paper,by applying the value of the equivalent function to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,a new fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is proposed,which is applied to the evaluation of the internal control of H company.Evaluation result shows that this model is more objective and scientific.For the fuzzy linear programming problem with triangular fuzzy variable,a new method is proposed by the number of equivalent function value.By turning the triangular fuzzy numbers into corresponding real numbers,the original problem is transformed into a classic linear programming problem.At last,the fuzzy optimization theory is applied to the production planning of H company,and the optimal production plan is obtained.
