With the continuous development of supply chain,information sharing among enterprises becomes more and more important,and good information sharing can effectively weaken the influence of "bullwhip effect" and improve the overall efficiency of supply chain.However,the lack of reasonable and objective information sharing degree evaluation model makes it difficult to determine the information sharing degree of supply chain.Therefore,it is necessary to explore a reasonable and accurate way to evaluate the degree of information sharing in the supply chain.In this paper,analysising the commonly used evaluation method found that: rough sets and fuzzy sets have the ability to solve the uncertainty of information.Fuzzy sets are used to deal with the ambiguity of knowledge description.The fuzzy set uses the membership function to express the uncertainty of the information and blurly describe things to truly reflect the nature of things.Rough sets are used to study the indistinguishable relations of object sets,and use the upper and lower approximate set relations to deal with the uncertainty of information.The advantage of the rough set is that it does not require additional information that is independent of the data and can be used to discover the relationship between the data itself.But rough sets also have their limitations: a single use of rough sets and can not effectively deal with the reality of the information uncertainty.Therefore,this paper studies the combination of fuzzy sets and rough sets and applies them to the evaluation of information sharing degree of supply chain.The main contents and achievements are as follows:Firstly,the research results of supply chain information sharing at home and abroad are sorted out and analyzed,and the whole idea and research frame of the article are given.And introduces and analyzes the connotation of information sharing in the supply chain,and sets up a new evaluation index from the factors influencing the degree of information sharing in the supply chain and lay a good theoretical foundation for the evaluation of the information sharing degree of the supply chain.Secondly,in order to describe the fuzziness of attributes and the hesitation of evaluators,a triangular fuzzy descriptive fuzzy set is proposed based on intuitionistic fuzzy sets and hesitant fuzzy sets.At the same time,the algorithm of triangular fuzzy number hesitant intuitionistic fuzzy sets is proposed.Operator,scoring function,exact function,etc.This paper proposes a triangular fuzzy number hesitant intuitionistic fuzzy set to achieve themeticulous and multidimensional characterization of the index,which is more in line with objective facts and human brain thinking.In order to solve the weight of the evaluation index more objectively,this paper proposes a hybrid weight rough set model based on the rough set positive region quantity measure and the conditional entropy attribute measure.And a comprehensive evaluation model of supply chain information sharing based on fuzzy characterization and mixed weight rough set is proposed.The model is based on the triangular fuzzy number hesitant intuitionistic fuzzy sets as the original data,and the objective weight is obtained by the mixed weight rough set model.The comprehensive evaluation value is obtained by the integrated operator of triangular fuzzy number hesitant intuitionistic fuzzy sets,and the information sharing degree of supply chain is evaluated.Finally,the paper makes an empirical study on 15 supply chain enterprises.Through the questionnaire survey,the original triangular fuzzy number hesitant intuitionistic fuzzy set-type evaluation data is obtained.Based on the fuzzy evaluation and mixed weight rough set of supply chain information sharing comprehensive evaluation method proposed in this paper,a detailed empirical analysis process is given,The rationality and validity of the proposed evaluation method.At the end of the paper,according to the empirical results,the corresponding supply chain information sharing degree promotion strategy is put forward. |
