Bidding system is the international and domestic construction projects widely used in the mode of construction contracts, is a full competitive procurement, is an important manifestation of the market economy. Bidding activity in a number of areas, the evalua- tion is the center of construction bidding and key links. Scientific evaluation methods conducive to the orderly development of the market. Selecting a scientific and rational evaluation methods is related to the ultimate success of the project to achieve an import- ant issue.Most of the traditional evaluation methods are more subjective, more qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis is smaller, it is difficult to grasp the full diversity of today's market. Therefore, this article is baseed the sound evaluation theory conducted a comprehensive analysis to the evaluation methods of construction project to the combined with intelligent computing theory, to obtain, a new evaluation method, which improved genetic algorithm for fuzzy Analytic hierarchy process method.Based on the basis of the traditional Analytic hierarchy process, combining with the fuzzy evaluation theory, the impact of construction engineering evaluation factors were summarized, classification, layering, processing, establish construction engineer- ing evaluation index system and the relative importance of each index comparative judgment matrix, Meanwhile, the introduction of improved genetic algorithm for solv- ing the bid evaluation index weight, obtain a rational and effective evaluation indexes weights. Finally, through examples prove the rationality of the bid evaluation indexes weights. Using fuzzy evaluation principle, get relatively satisfactory bid-winning unit for the decision maker's decision to provide the reference.
