Research On Bidding Decision Of Company X’s Project

In this paper, combining the tender bidding system and the reality of the environment with the specific circumstances of X-company’s resource capacity, tendering opportunity decision making, quote strategy choice, quote decision making, technical bid competitive position and competitor quote forecast are analyzed. And taking a bidding decision-making process of building project for hospital for example, the main idea and method of choice of tender decision making is comprehensively explained. This paper has some theoretical guidance and practical operational meaning. The main features of this paper are showed as follows:1、In the bidding opportunity recognition and decision-making process, according to the project demand characteristics and company’s resources, project bidder fully considers the main factors influencing the relative importance degree on the level of project, bidder and owner. By asking for the advise of experts beforehand, bidder uses analytic hierarchy process to make a comprehensive evaluation of the bidding project and decide whether to bid.2、In the project cost analysis, according to the information and price of the local resources market, bidder acquires the project cost in normal conditions as the starting point of competition with rivals. By exploring the company’s cost advantage, bidder determines the cost price of the bidding competition.3、With SWOT analysis method to evaluate company’s competitive advantage in specific project, and through fuzzy method and analytic hierarchy process, bidder analyzes the project itself, owner, and company’s internal and external environment risk factors, thus make sure the risk premium rate of this company.4、According to the scoring provisions of the project location and experts’tender bidding assessment habit, by using experts investigation method to master X company’s technical bid competitive position and determine the main rivals. And through the analysis of bidder’s quoting habit, and considering the influence of various factors in a comprehensive manner, the bidder improves the scientificity and reasonability of the tender bidding.
