In this thesis,S bidding agency as the research object,the application of Sichuan public resources trading information network electronic bidding system platform for electronic bidding,on the basis of consulting related risk management theories,analysis of domestic and foreign environment and industry development trends,analysis of the status quo of S bidding agency,found that there are many risk problems in the process of electronic bidding.Using appropriate risk management methods,this thesis analyzes related risk issues,identifies,analyzes and evaluates possible risks,and develops corresponding risk countermeasures for different risks in the process of electronic bidding,and puts forward a research plan and implementation plan of electronic bidding risk management centered on S bidding Agency,so as to reduce the risk degree in electronic bidding.This thesis analyzes the research status of electronic bidding at home and abroad,and summarizes the theories of electronic bidding and risk management.According to the relevant risk theory knowledge,combined with the status quo of S bidding agency in the electronic bidding process and the status quo of risk management,the identification steps and evaluation methods of risk factors of S bidding agency are determined.Firstly,the flowchart method is adopted to preliminary identify the risk factors in each process stage in which S bidding Agency participates,and classify and summarize the initially identified risk factors to get a list of risk factors.Second,the risk factor evaluation index system is established by using the expert interview method,and the risk evaluation results are calculated by using the expert scoring method,analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and other methods.The key risk factors of S bidding agency are determined by the results of risk evaluation,and the first-level comprehensive evaluation and second-level comprehensive evaluation are carried out,and different countermeasures are given for different types of risk problems of S bidding agency in the process of electronic bidding.The last,the conclusion of this thesis is analyzed and the future research direction is prospected.By identifying,analyzing and evaluating the risk factors,the risk level of S bidding agency in electronic bidding is determined to be between low risk and general risk.Based on these risks,corresponding countermeasures are proposed,focusing on the key risk factor indicators,to ensure that the risk is under control in the process of electronic bidding.
