Training is essential to human resources management, while human resources management is the key point of enterprise management. Nowadays, private enterprises plays a more important role in our national economy. The reason that private enterprises keep developing continously is largely due to their attitude to human resources, management due to the increased training activities. Though training activities carried out frequently, there are still some deficiencies leaving to be improved, such as limited budget, inflexible training contents, lack of systematic guarantee etc. Therefore it is of significant practical importance to study the status of training thus to establish a comprehensive human resources training system under the guidance of the scientific training theory.This article applied human resources training theory and behavior analysis to review the development of training theory in human resources management, then introduced the main methods of training and management procedure. Based on sample analysis of XW group, we figured out its strengths and weakness in current training work, and tried to give reasonable suggestions in training improvement. Furthermore, this article discussed construction of the whole training system in detail.
