Research On Operating Risk Control Projects Of PanShan Power Plant

Risk management is an emerging management discipline on law of risk occurrence and risk control techniques, taking risk assessment as an important management tool, through the programs of identifying hazard, analyzing risk, developing and implementing risk control measures and schemes, evaluating risk management and control, to implement risk management and control, keeping the risk within an acceptable range.According to the status of domestic power plant operating management, this paper takes winding Tianjin Guohua Power Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as "winding plant") 2*500MW supercritical coal-fired generating units of Russian-made operational management for an example, making research from perspectives of risk identification, risk assessment, risk control and so on, exploring risk management model which is suitable for power plant operation. The model is a kind of scientific management methods, by lower inputs cost and advanced control methods, to achieve maximum security.Firstly, this paper make the use of literature analysis, analyzing the status and dynamic of domestic and international risk management; then by the use of inductive method, summarizing the power plant operational risk management process as risk identification, risk assessment, risk control, etc; finally taking Panshan power plant for an example, by applying theory to reality, making a comprehensive and in-depth study on operational risk management project.Through systematic study, the paper summed up list of hazards to operate and manage thermal power generation, in order to provide references for similar enterprises in the process of identifying operational risks; establishing operational risk management procedures, on the premise of risk identification, carrying out a detailed analysis of risk factors for identified risks, using a variety of methods to scientifically calculate and assess risks, supplying the basis for developing accurate coping strategies about risks; by the actual case of operating risk management of Panshan power plant, summarizing operational risk control measures, which could play the role of guiding reference for similar enterprises to establish operating risk management system.
