In order to help recover the problems,such as,the project costs a large amount of investment,contains a bunch of sub-projects,complicated construction and a short time,we apply the method combining the theory of modernrn project management and case study to discuss the procedure management problem in the second-period project of Fengcheng Electric.Ltd.This paper firstly describes the necessity of the theory of modernrn progress management in electric companies by studing its development.Second,we analyze the electric situation in Jiangxi Province,and then point out the necessity of enhancing the procedure management in electric extension project;We also study the cases of Fengcheng Electric's second period project,introduce the application of project procedure management and optimization theory and method to the project implementation,point out the problems worthy being noticed and propose some advice.Our research provides a reference for future electric extension project, and a theoretical and applicational value to the project management of thermal power plants. |
