| Based on analyzing the changes of international and home foreign trade environment and policy,this thesis paper indicates the strategic meaning of staff training of foreign trade company and the important role for a foreign trade company. Chapter two introduces several key theories on learning and chooses learning organization theory as theory foundation of this thesis paper. Then, the thesis paper analyzes the training situation and training problems of Qingdao Fortune Century IMP.& EXP. CO., LTD. Chapter four explains framework of training systems, which includes training system, how to carry out training system. Training courses system, training evaluation system. Moreover, this paper also refers to training support system. Chapter 5 explicit how to carry out training system. At last, this thesis paper draws a conclusion:set up a set of training system with concerted improvement as core and realizing goals of company and staff as base, constructs a training model with staff as center, which focusing on connecting the needs of company and staff and regarding staff as the center of training course, considering the learning traits of adults and competency improvement of training evaluation. Foreign trade company will carry out all the training as plan in order to train and backup talents and make a company become a good company. |
