In today’s world, for pursuing continuous development, to establishing“learning organization” has become a company and person’s necessity forkeeping lasting success in fierce competition. In this article, taking Hcompany in fierce market competition as an example, it elaborates thecompany constructs the process of setting up training system of learningorganization.With arrival of knowledge-based economy and pursuit of steadydevelopment, to establish a “learning organization” has become a person andcompany’s prerequisite in fierce competition. H company is in a fast-developed automobile industry and the company is facing a severe test.At first, this article points out major problems existing in the process ofsetting up the learning organization and training implementation and bringsforward research background of the article and also indicates importantmeaning of topics selection as well as major research thinking, contents andcreative points.As for importance and meaning for an aim of establishing thetraining system based on learning organization, it is also mentioned.In part1, combining domestic and overseas research on “learningorganization” theory, the article analyzes connotation, characteristic and real meaning of learning organization and completely, explains connotation of“five practices”. Therefore, it will help to let readers have relativecomprehensive theory comprehension.In part2, the article focuses on explaining relationship betweenestablishing training system and learning organization, learning organizationbecoming the aim of training system establishment and apocalypse forcompany’s development.In part3, to be an important chapter in the article, it take H company asan example, thoroughly analyzes whole process of establishing trainingsystem based on learning organization. PEST is applied for analyzingexternal environment and as for stratagem, from H company overall strategyto HR stratagem, it has been broken down for analysis. Therefore, it leads tothe aim of establishing training system. For current H company’s trainingsituation, relevant problems has been diagnosed; thus it result in theimportant of setting up complete, systemic training system structure. In thispart, it gives detailed elaboration in analyzing training need, formulatingtraining plan, designing training courses, implementation as well asperformance evaluation.By combining theory and practices, in the article, practical example isused for explaining the necessity of setting up training system based onlearning organization.In the process of explanation, some charts have beenused such as training operation flow chart, application form of trainingrequest etc and the charts has some reference value for other company’sestablishing training system...
