In the knowledge economy in the 21st century, the knowledge capital in economic growth, increasing the role of knowledge, also more and more high, depreciation rate of human capital and accelerating "enterprise traditionally have competitive advantages, such as capital, economy of scale, etc have become short, as the owner of the knowledge and skills, is the enterprise creates difficulties-exclusiveness, heterogeneous base". Namely, the core competition between enterprises is talent competition. In this era, pay attention to the development of learning employee, master new knowledge, new technology, and become the enterprises to obtain a sustainable competitive advantage.Meanwhile, human resource development is gradually become the most popular research fields of training, enterprise be satisfied, and pay more attention to the construction of learning-oriented organization, pay attention to the development of learning. Training system from the traditional class to change model, the learning ability of development as the core, and learning activities derive a series of practical strong tools and methods, most of the world top 500 enterprises will have to develop human resources management as the core, comprehensive training or replace traditional courses. The author also led to GMCC carried out the reform process, the training system reform is GMCC long-term practice ability of training on experience of abstraction, and combining with the development of the study area "dry" principle, dynamic learning system theory, learning value chain and learning motivation, through frontier circle theory research and practice, decent refining of ascension, respectively, from the study content, learning method, learning activities, learning platform and learning evaluation incentive, GMCC five dimensions learning development system. This paper will take GMCC as an example to discuss the development of enterprises in the study of the general rules and exploration system for Chinese enterprise employees, the construction of learning-oriented organization provides new ideas and methods. We wish to share the experience for Chinese enterprises and the incentive in international competition.
