| 21 century is a knowledge-driven economy that the knowledge plays a dominant role in economy and competition. After joining WTO organization,our IT companies faced a more fierce competition environment as the technology changed faster. Only having strong talents our IT companies will make a great success in this new area. How to develop the talents to be an end winner is an important problem we faced.In the modern days, training has been proved to be one of the effective ways to improve employees'comprehensive competence. How to occupy the first chance in the fierce marketing competition with enhancing the training system is the focus we discussed in this paper. Peter M. Senge's learning theory brings us a new view to develop training system.On the basis of studying Peter M. Senge's learning theory and IT company's owe feature, meanwhile using the successful training experience of foreign company for reference, we summarize out the current training status of our country. At last, we discuss some effective measures to improve our IT company's training system with the guide of learning theory. |
