| Since the reform and opening up, we have made a series of achievements in industrialization, urbanization, marketization and economic development, but there also have been many problems. China is in the critical period of opportunities and challenges, which is both the golden period of development, but also a prominent contradiction time. During this period, "Eleventh Five-Year Plan"proposed the ideology of major function oriented zonging. It required that we should think over the future population distribution, economic distribution, land using and pattern of urbanization integratedly according to the capacity of resources and environment, the current development density and the developing potentiality. Then we divided the land space into four principal funcitional zones of optimnal development area, preferential development area, moderate conserveation area and exploitation prohibited area. According to the location of the main function, we should adjust and improve regional policy and performance evaluation, govern the order of space development, and form reasonable space development structure.Spitial function region is theory of the main functional areas'effective supplement. It is starting from promoting coordinated development of county economy and ecological environgment, and divided geographical unit of space which was thought over synthetically under on its natural nature and economic attributes. These were provided to reasonable basis for theory and practice of space governance. Based on the pervious studies my papers constructed natural conditions index, ecological indicators and social indicators, which were according to the actual natural conditions, ecological environment and socio-economic of Hejin city. Then research was carried out by the methods of comprehensive evaluation and the dominant factor, which was according to the capacity of resources and environment, the current development density and the developing potentiality. The result is that was divided into four types of development function:preferential development area, morderate conservation agricultural area, morderate conservation ecology area and explitation prohibited area. Finally, aiming to different development function regionalizations'characters, some advices were put forward for them, and we will also provide academic abet to the economy and social development of Hejin City and provided scientific basis for the "twelfth-five-years" planning.In the reseach of Hejin spatial function region, the basic units are towns, and Arcgis and SPSS software were pulled in. The using of GIS technology provided great convenience for the data transfering and quoting between each other. At the same time, it satisfied the precision which spatial analysis requird in the small scale. This was benefited of analysising and evaluation the problems accurately. Finally we can receive the results which are in accordance with the actual situation of Hejin city. |
