Sohow to exploit land utilization potential, improve land utilization efficiency, adjust landutilization framework, add the area of effective cultivated land, improve land utilizationefficiency and agricultural output efficiency were the crucial problems of survival anddevelopment for humans in the future. The research on comprehensive benefits of landreclamation scientifically plays important role on the guidance of land reclamation campaign forChina.Taking land reclamation planning of Nanning City at the last time as example, based on theresearches on connotation, theoretical base, overseas and domestic research status, evaluationcontent and method for land reclamation comprehensive benefit analysis, indicator systems of21evaluation factors from economic benefit, social benefit and ecological benefit were be built bycollecting adequate data. After the quantitative analysis on all the indicators and index weightconfirmation by variable coefficients, comprehensive benefit evaluation model for actualsituation of research area were be built by fuzzy math comprehensive evaluation method. Theresult showed that:The scores of economic benefit evaluation, social benefit evaluation, ecological evaluationand comprehensive benefit evaluation for land reclamation planning implement of Nanning Cityat last time was83.57,80.27,66.68and76.99respectively. In the setting evaluation grades,economic benefit and social benefit were in the excellent grade, ecological evaluation wasqualified and comprehensive benefit was in the fine grade. From the general situation ofevaluation the implement for land reclamation planning of Nanning City reached relatively idealstate and got good results.Economic benefit, social benefit and ecological benefit have certain improvement potential,especially ecological benefit. On the campaign of land reclamation in future, at the pursue of economic benefit, we should constantly improve the condition of village production and life,boost the development of village economy, shorten the gap between urban and rural places,emphasize the protection and building of ecological environment and so on, make sure theharmonious and unified development for all the benefits.
