From the reform and opening date, a new industry and tourism as a sunrise industry in China will always continue to develop and grow. The development prospects of China's tourism industry has been promising foreign scholars that China will become a world tourism power. The rapid development of tourism in China, at the same time, China's tourism education has also experienced 30 years of ups and downs, and has made many achievements. The development of tourism is bound to have more talent on the tourism demand and higher requirements. China's tourism education but there are still many unresolved ills, the traditional "classroom-centered, teacher-centered, book-centered" spoon-feeding mode of teaching has been dominated by the dominant position of classroom teaching.In this teaching mode, trained personnel, lack of innovation and practical ability, and can not meet the needs of tourism and social development.Project teaching is a new and efficient teaching philosophy and methods.Project teaching center of breaking through the traditional mode of teaching the three realized from the "education" as the center to "learn" as the center of the over-achieve combination of theory and practice to realize the unity of learning and use and achieve the school of education the depth of integration and social development.Therefore, the author introduces the project approach to the teaching of Tourism, and in the "Travel Management" course application.To enhance improvement "Travel Agencies" quality of teaching this course, ability to develop high quality tourism personnel.The author of the study can hope to improve the quality of tourism teaching, tourism and social development, to train tourism personnel play a positive role.This total of five chapters:The first chapter is introduction.The background of this study, significance, research review, research and innovation and research methods are introduced.The second chapter briefly describes the project approach and theoretical basis of the content.Chapter III of the higher, "Travel Management" course teaching the application of the project to explore the feasibility of community. Chapter IV under the higher "Travel Management" course content materials, construction, "Travel Management" course project modules and assessment methods. Chapter tourism travel hospitality circuit design and the two projects as examples, describes the Project Approach in the "Travel Agencies" teaching the application of specific steps, and discussed the application in the teaching of the course teaching application projects should pay attention to the problems, advantages, and implementation requirements.
