Since the telecom enterprises had been reorganized in 2008, all companies are faced with huge challenges of the business operation. The ability of charge and billing is one of the important abilities which support the daily management and policy-making of the telecom company. Therefore, all companies have made great efforts on the optimization of the charge and billing system and its process. The measures have progressively improved each company's ability of charge and billing. It has effectively supported the operation analysis, reduced the funds, and dropped the risk of debts, and then improved the overall operation level of the enterprise, made the stronger core competitiveness in the more fierce market.In this study, besides regulating the external and internal process, affirming the key task by project management method and upgrading the hardware and software, decision trees and linear regression models can also be used to the management and technical innovation to find a new way using management science and mathematical statistics to optimize the process of charge and billing. |
