The team is an official group consisting of the mutual cooperated individuals who is to realize some objections. Marketing and sales team is the basic unit of company marketing. They bring out the efficiency for the company and show the image directly.The team building and management of a marketing and sales team could directly influence the survival and development of enterprises. You can win the competition strength only when your team can rival better than your competitors. Therefore, it is very critical to build and manage a good marketing and sales team.The paper studies what the marketing team is a good marketing team, how to build a marketing team and how to effectively manage a sales team based on the MN company marketing team situation and problems of basic research. So its marketing scope of recruitment is relatively small with very narrow professional. Choosing, and the comprehensive quality is not very high. All above reasons lead to the difficulty to construct and manage an internal marketing team. In the aspect of building the marketing team, the paper presents how to build and improve the marketing team's organizational structure, election and training the marketing staff, and marketing and team building requirements and methods such as how to cultivate a core leadership team, how to establish effective communication environment, and establish and improve the marketing team rules and regulations and so on.In the aspect of the management team, the paper studies the effective management problem of marketing team through the six aspects which includes the target establishment, building development of long-term mechanism an a n effective management system for the daily work of marketing staff, improving the marketing staff motivation, building and strengthening communication mechanisms and management innovation, so that the marketing team managing can be systematic, organized and humanization.
