The construction of the sales team is an important part of enterprise life and death, the sales team’s salary design is the most important part of the sales team building. But because of the special nature of their own conditions and external conditions, the market requirement of enterprises and sales positions itself, every enterprise in the salary system design of the sales team has a different emphases and understanding. Compensation design of sales team is a complex and long-term process, the enterprise in the process of their own development in different stages are applicable to different pay design. In this paper, we study the construction of the sales team of A company, we first prove that the salary design is the most pressing problem of the construction of the sales team of A company, and then provide the salary design solution.In this paper, A company is focused on the development of population health information construction from 2013 to start the enterprise, belonging to the initial stage of the company. Population health information can be said that in 2013 with the emergence of the national policy of a new national construction task. Its construction includes the information content of the health industry and the health industry, but also in the next few years, China’s home and one of the most important tasks of each region, carrying a lot of important mission. Population health information market demand is rigid and sustainable characteristics, so it will attract a large number of enterprises to join the field. And the heavy population health information construction also needs a large number of enterprises to help promote, jointly completed. So it is important to study the salary design of the sales team which is focused on the information of population health.The to a company as an example, first of all through the overview of a company’s profile and a sales team salary design find a company sales team’s salary design; then the expectations theory, equity theory, two factor theory and the target cash total compensation theory theory of the problem arising from the reason to carry on the analysis; finally, combined with the principles of population health information of the market characteristics and the salary design redesign the salary of a company’s sales team.The thesis that population health information in the field, salary design of the company’s sales team, two more important is to follow the market characteristics and the salary design principles that can prevent or ease unable to expand the size of the sales team, sales staff loss is a serious problem. In this paper, the A company’s sales team pay design problems and solutions, can be a large number of people engaged in health information technology to provide reference.
