The Research Of Employee Satisfaction Of Marketing & Sales Team-in The Case Of L-Company

How companies treat employees, employees will treat customers in the same way. Employee satisfaction is the real evaluation of company management. With the development of human resources management especially in the management of human resources, there are more and more domestic and international researches on the employee satisfaction. The success of marketing and sales are closely related to the development of enterprise, so the research on the satisfaction of the marketing and sales team plays an important role. Improving the marketing and sales team's satisfaction is the key to most enterprises.Based on the theory of employee satisfaction and relative satisfaction theory, this research takes the L company marketing and sales team as the research object, and review the current situation of employee satisfaction. After a questionnaire survey, L-company collected 102 questionnaires, and obtained the basic attribute information from the L company human resources department. Descriptive analysis method used to collect all the data of correlation analysis, the results show that the marketing and sales team is satisfied for basic needs, not satisfied for personal needs, teamwork and individual growth problem. Satisfaction is relative to level of staff, education, service life and other related variables.We proposed constructive suggestions according to the marketing and sales management team and human resources through different dimensions of corporate culture to help L company marketing and sales team to achieve the improvement of employee satisfaction. We expected it inspires related industries company marketing and sales team as well.
