This paper uses the basic principles of modern sales management; studies exclusively recruitment, selection, training, remuneration, motivation, daily behavior management of sales staff and management of customers, and optimization of performance appraisal in Southern China VIP Customer Department in Neusoft Group; and draw up specific plans.Neusoft Group is one of most famous software companies in china, and the main business: industry solutions, product engineering solutions and relative software products, platforms, services and so on. According to the requirements of company strategic, the company has established Beijing VIP Customer Department, East China VIP Customer Department, Northeast China VIP Customer Department, and Southern China VIP Customer Department from 2006 to now. But from the establishment of Southern China VIP Customer Department, it can't meet sales target, sales staff appraisal is unfair and other many problems. It is a new challenge to sales management. So it is so urgent to optimize the original sales management.To solve above problems, guided by management problems, the paper draws up a set of sales program that is suitable for the need of modern sales management. This paper studies deep selection, interview, induction training, salary structure, daily management of sales personnels, customer management and principles and methods of performance.The research strives for the guidance to management team work of Southern China VIP Customer Department in Neusoft Group. And I expect it can provide a useful lesson and inspiration to the construction and development for other VIP Customer Departments of Neusoft Group.
