| The State Council officially approved "Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone Planning" in December 12th,2009, which symbolizing the construction of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone formally has updated to a national strategy. How to construct Poyang Lake Area fast and sound has become a major task for JiangXi's economy development. Therefore, the Poyang Lake Area must develop an industrial development mode that is different from the traditional one, which is the eco-industry. Based on this, the paper is written to research on eco-industry of Poyang Lake Area and its park development,hoping to provide some valuable advice to the development of JiangXi eco-economic construction.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part was written based on explaining the writing background of the paper and research significance, analyized related theories,contents and characteristics of eco-industrial park, also made research on cases home and aborad about development of eco-industry park, which provided theoretical and practical foundation for latter writing; The second part is the analysis about development status of Poyang Lake Ecological Industrial Park,which concluded the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges facing in the development of eco-industrial park of Poyang Lake Area to provide a realistic basis for next parts of the paper; The third part is the demonstration analysis on overall evaluation of eco-industrial park development in Poyang Lake Area by taking National Ecological Industrial Park of NanChang GaoXin Zone for example, built a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and analyzed the evaluation results. The fourth part aimed at problems which occurred during the development process of Lakes Eco-Industrial Park,proposed corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects that is strengthening government guidance, building support platform for eco-industrial in park, improving the efficiency of recycling economy and strengthening Park management. Finally, the main conclusions was drawn in this paper. |
