Evaluation To The Ecology Construction Of Industrial Estate In Poyang Lake Eco-economic Aera

With the development of economy and intensity of conflicts between environment and resources in Jiangxi province, in addition to under the background of Poyang lake eco-economic area, the ecology construction of industrial estates will be a significant issue in the field of cyclic economy. Eco-industry estate will be the terminal orientation for industrial estate. It is the final development direction for Poyang lake eco-economic area to realize highly coordination in industrial structures, economize resources and protect environments, and achieve sustainable development between areas through setting up Eco-industry estate. It contributes to the coordinated growth between population, resources, environment and economy in Poyang lake eco-economic area. Thus it is important to evaluate the ecology construction of industrial estate in Poyang lake eco-economic area.It will be introduced two aspects on overall evaluations of the ecology construction of industrial estate in Poyang Lake eco-economic area in this text, one is evaluation index, and the other is evaluation methodology. The writer will introduce five evaluation index-economy constructions, afforesting of industrial estates, pollution control, material decrement and cycle, and areas management to illustrate the ecology construction of industrial estate in Poyang lake eco-economic area. In evaluation methodology, the writer will mainly use multilevel evaluation methodologies to evaluate the construction. The study contents and results are as follows:Firstly, the writer introduces some common used evaluation methodologies for industrial estates and the conditions in China. Then the writer gives a retrospective analysis on conditions of ecology constructions of industrial estates in Jiangxi to indicate the necessity and practical significance of evaluations of ecology constructions of industrial estates in Jiangxi.Secondly, the writer introduces correlation theories on ecology constructions of industrial estates and evaluation methodologies in the second chapter, including ecological economics, recycling economics and industrial ecology. On the basis of above-mentioned theories and practice analysis, the writer introduces some methodologies the study needed, such as analytic hierarchy process, gray relational thought and multi-level comprehensive evaluation method.Thirdly, the writer gives comprehensive evaluation system in chapter3. On basis of theory analysis, the writer elects five impact factors to evaluate ecology constructions of industrial estates-economy constructions, afforesting of industrial estates, pollution control, material decrement and cycle, and areas management according to true situations.Undertaking the above content, the writer gives empirical Analysis in chapter4. It first uses analytic hierarchy process to work out the weight of index of empirical evaluation index system, and then uses multi-level comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate them. Combining above theory analysis, the writer obtains the scores of comprehensive evaluation of ecology constructions and ranking of18Provincial industrial parks in Poyang lake eco-economic area, and offers an analysis for the result.Last but not the least, the writer proposes some suggestions from industrial parks’ own and external factors so as to promote the development and progress of ecology constructions of industrial parks in Poyang lake eco-economic area faster and better, according to the empirical evaluation results of ecology constructions of industrial parks in Poyang lake eco-economic area.The writer not only absorbs some excellent achievements from domestic and overseas scholars, but also has his own study features.(1) Combining Poyang lake eco-economic area’s own characteristics,the writer constructs empirical evaluation index system for ecology constructions of industrial parks in Poyang lake eco-economic area on basis of theoretical evaluation index system.(2) By using analytic hierarchy process and multi-level comprehensive evaluation method, and combining subjective and objective, it not only avoids the inaccuracy of the results of subjective methods, but also makes the evaluation results correspond to the real conditions of ecology constructions of industrial parks in Poyang lake eco-economic area. Thus the writer can offer constructive policy advice.
