Study On Coupling Mechanism Of Economic And Ecological Environment In Poyang Lake Area

The coordinated development of regional economy and ecological environmentsystem in lake district and how to handle the relation between them is a significantissue of regional sustainable development, which has important practicalsignificance.In the perspective of eco-tourism development, this paper starts from thedefinition of the interactive coupling between economic development and ecologicalenvironment, comprehensively summarizes and sums up the coupling mechanism ofeconomic development and ecological environment, builds a quantitative evaluationindex system and evaluation method, and puts forward the adjustment strategies ofPoyang Lake’s ecological impact based on eco-tourism.To give quantitative and coordinative evaluation on Poyang Lake’s economyand ecological environmental coupling degree from2001to2011by using thecoupling model，the results indicate:1) Poyang Lake area’s coordination degree ineach year shows up imbalance type in earlier stage, transitional type in medium term,basic coordination to transitional type in later period;2) There is a one-to-onecorrespondence between the coupling-coordination type and coordination degree ofeach year.3) From the contrast type of the comprehensive evaluation index ofecological environment system and economic system, Poyang Lake area’s economicdevelopment achieved a large growth, whereas its ecological environmental qualityis the overall downward trend;4) From the space, The coupling coordination levelshown by Poyang Lake area’s six cities has great difference. Though Nanchang andJiujiang city have a high economic development level, but their couplingdevelopment level are low; Shangrao city has a relatively high coupling developmentlevel, but the coordination degree still has room to rise further; Jingdezhen, Yingtanand Fuzhou city have preferable ecological environment level, but their economicdevelopment are relatively lagging.The support system of coupling development between economic construction and ecological environment in Poyang Lake area includes: legal support, policysupport, technology support and financial support. Based on the regulation ofPoyang Lake’s ecological effect by eco-tourism development, some countermeasuresshould be followed: Optimize economic industry structure and develop theeco-tourism themed compound ecological economy; Innovative management systemand improve the ability of the regional ecological tourism cooperation; Construct theecological warning mechanism of eco-tourism industry and promote normalizedecological protection; Pay attention to the demands of eco-tourism stakeholders andestablish ecological compensation mechanism; Encourage community participationand perfect diversified ecological protection channel; Give full play to theenvironmental education function of eco-tourism and create atmosphere of educationwith entertainment.
