Research On The Government Budgeting Process Re-engineering

The 21^st century is the times of information technology, GPR--Government processre-engineering is the necessary concomitant innovation in process of the construction ofthe E-Government. Although we have acquired a few experience though the BRP(Business Process Reengineering), the researching and practicing of GRP is just on thebeginning, we need to study and perfect the engineering and management flow of thegovernment affairs. This article discuss the theory of process re-engineering from thepoint of cybernetic, then summarize and analyze the issue about budgeting system andinformation, bring forward the design scheme of government budgeting-processre-engineering, and realize the conceiving during the programming of the budgetingmodule.
