Downturn in the global economy,there are many well-known to control the cost of Taiwan-funded enterprises have been relatively close down and more significantly in controlling the cost of the fight against the Taiwan-funded enterprises,the study intended for the grass-roots level Taiwan-funded enterprises conducting further surveys of staff analysis of Taiwan-funded enterprises to understand the grass-roots work of the staff satisfaction survey.In this paper,the choice of human resource management theory,from the basis of job satisfaction and hope for Taiwan-funded enterprises to invest in China to provide advice and help Taiwan-funded enterprises to understand the work of its staff to meet the grass-roots level.In this study,both at home and abroad in accordance with the relevant shows that job satisfaction and turnover intention was significant positive correlation,on this basis through a questionnaire survey to study the work of junior staff to meet the incentive system,the tendency to leave the relevant analysis,research issued a total of 150 questionnaires were valid for 115 copies of this article the use of SPSS 15.0 statistical software for the descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,the average difference in test,one-way ANOVA,regression analysis,etc.,to compile statistics on various aspects analysis,to explore the results of the study.First,the different properties of employees satisfied with the incentive system will indeed have a differenceSecond,different attributes of the staff,did have an impact on the TurnoverThird,satisfaction with the incentive system,will indeed have a tendency to leave a significant impactFourth,work to meet the different properties tend to have the staff and leave some intermediary influenceFifth,job satisfaction,satisfaction with the system of incentives and exit tend to have some influence in the intermediary.Six individual variables,satisfaction with the incentive system,the tendency to leave work to meet the significant influence.
