Abstract/Summary:
Employee satisfaction management has become an important part of the modern business.Mongolia is among one of the important investment country for China.Chinese enterprises wanting to invest in Mongolia should adapt to the culture of Mongolia.To understand local employees’ satisfaction in Mongolia we did comparison between employees of Chinese funded enterprises in Mongolia and employees of locally funded enterprises.According to the characteristics and needs of Chinese enterprises,the author designed questionnaires which are designed for this survey.It is taken from the reference from Weiss,Dawis,England,and Lofquist et al in 1967[Development of the short Minnesota satisfaction questionnaire]questionnaire design will be used in anonymous way.During February 2013 to August 2013 a questionnaire survey was conducted in Mongolia,altogether 200 questionnaires were distributed among those 186 were valid questionnaires and among those the Chinese enterprises has 94 questionnaires and 92 questionnaires were from local enterprises.Between Chinese funded enterprises and local enterprises,the enterprise’s job satisfaction is higher,but on the whole the local employees job satisfaction is higher than Chinese enterprises employees,this means Mongolia’s local businesses get more recognition from Mongolian employees.
