As a complex social phenomenon, informal organization has its universal outwardness in the enterprises. Many domestic and foreign scholars have done some comparatively mature researches from its structures, functions and forms. But we lack specific research on the influence of informal organization in the state-owned enterprise of our country from the perspective of human resource management. Firstly, this paper systematically sorts out the relevant theories. Based on this, it analyzes the informal organization phenomenon in the human resource management in state-owned enterprises. Taking X Company of China Telecom as an example, the positive analysis of the influence is made from four aspects, namely, employee recruitment and allocation, human resource development, employee motivation and employee communication. In the end, the conclusion is drawn and the relevant countermeasures and suggestions are proposed. This research has certain practical significance. It hopes that it can help deepen the understanding and research of the influence of informal organization in the human resource management in the state-owned enterprise, promote the human resource management practice and mechanism innovation in the state-owned enterprise and provide certain reference for the human resource decision-making of the management.
