Researsh On The Relationship Between Industrial Restructuring And Economic Growth ——an Empirical Analysis Based On Zhejiang Province

Compared with other parts of eastern China, the relationship between the Industrial restructuring and economic growth in Zhejiang Province has shown some differences:Since reforms in 1978, the Regional industrial restructuring is relatively slow , but economic vitality and growth has not lagged behind. This seems to be a depanture from the general sense of mutually supportive relationship.From a structural point of view, the paper conducts in-depth analysis of the relationship between industrial restructuring and Zhejiang's economic growth. As a premature essay, the artical carry out macro and meso level analysis of this relationship respectively. Then, it has discussed the different performance of this relationship in Zhejiang Province and other parts of China's developed coastal regions, which is to fully reveal this different's positive and negative effects to Zhejiang provinces economic.Integratjing use of theory induction, qualitative analysis, quantitative measurement and other methods, the article has drawn at least three conclusions. First, structural transformation and economic growth are mutually reinforcing relationship and transformation is the necessary conditions of growth, but not necessary for the current period; Second, restructuring affects not only the size of Zhejiang's economy grew, but also to change the mode and pattarn of economic growth; Third, structural transformation presents a certain periodicity, which seem to have a more direct correlation with the policy cycle in our country.Taking into account of international trends and Zhejiang industrial economic realities, the article finally made a number of policy recommendations fou speeding up the industrial transformation and upgrade, such as strengthenning independent innovation, industrial integration, etc.
