Industrial Structure Adjustment, Internationalization Strategy And Enterprise Growth Research

For group enterprises, enterprises of every step of the strategic planning of the deployment are directly determines the future development of enterprises, victory or defeat the rise and fall. As the Chinese market is becoming more and more open and mature, the market competition is becoming more and more fierce. Timely adjustment of business strategy can help enterprises to adapt to the situation, get out of the predicament and improve the future value. The theoretical circles are mostly from the perspective of diversification to explore the influence of industrial structure adjustment on the growth of enterprises. However, enterprises in the face of different economic and market environment, the implementation of industrial restructuring and international strategies are not the same. In this paper, we discuss the influence of industrial structure adjustment and internationalization strategy on the growth of enterprises by taking biological stock as an example. The enterprise through a series of industrial structure adjustment of the strategic plan, gradually from the diversification to specialization, and combined with the internationalization of the route development plan, effectively improve the enterprise growth. In this paper, the case of enterprise in recent years, the adjustment of industrial structure and its process of internationalization, comparing the business growth performance found implementation of the adjustment of industrial structure, the strategy of the international mechanism of the effect of the role of enterprise development, and according to the result of the industrial structure adjustment and internationalization strategy launches the analysis and evaluation. This study found that:professional industrial structure adjustment strategy can promote the bio pharmaceutical enterprises growth continued good development, between the professional degree and financial performance and corporate long-term development potential is positively correlated; the implementation of international strategy can promote enterprises to build core competence, for enterprise growth has a positive impact.
