Since 2012,the downward pressure on China's economy has been increasing,and many obstacles and risks have been highlighted in the process of economic development,but the basic situation of stable development and good development has not changed.The conversion of old and new kinetic energy provides the impetus to curb the economic downturn and release risks and contradictions.Therefore,a consensus has been reached on the conversion of new and old kinetic energy from all over the country to localities.Starting from the reality of Shandong Province,although Shandong Province is a major economic province,many indicators are in the forefront of the country,but Shandong 's traditional industries account for a relatively large area and are in an embarrassing strategic depression.Therefore,Shandong should grasp the opportunity for the conversion of old and new kinetic energy Further economic growth.How to seize this opportunity to achieve further economic growth has become the focus of scholars.Therefore,based on the dual economic theory framework and the dynamic spatial econometric model,this paper discusses the impact of factors such as industrial structure adjustment and total factor productivity improvement on Shandong's economic development under the current background of old and new kinetic energy conversion.First of all,this paper refers to the binary economic theoretical framework of Temple and Wobmann,and introduces the traditional and modern production departments to expand and explain,providing a theoretical basis for the promotion of economic growth by industrial structure adjustment and improvement of total factor productivity.Secondly,using the spatial agglomeration and moran index,spatial correlation of 17 cities in shandong province's economic growth has explored,and on the basis of Anselin build dynamic spatial econometric model,and the introduction of industrial structure adjustment and cross terms of total factor productivity improvements,validation of the industrial structure adjustment and total factor productivity increases the driving effect on economic growth.Then,controlling the stage of economic development,the 17 cities were classified according to the standards of industrialization and servitization,further deepening the conclusion.Finally,the robustness test is used to further test the reliability of the conclusion.The research results show that under the background of the old and new kinetic energy conversion,the shandong province industrial structure adjustment and total factor productivity can promote economic growth,but the total factor productivity of the significant role of economic growth,and the adjustment of industrial structure of bonuses is still exist,but are not obvious,and with the development of high-grade industrial structure,the risk of shandong's economy will face a slowdown.In addition,investment still plays a significant role in economic growth,which means further social investment.In control after the economic development stage,we can have further industrialization and urbanization stage,total factor productivity are plays a significantly positive effect on economic growth,but for the adjustment of the industrial structure of regional urbanization stage of development brought about by the positive effect is more significant,the effect is not obvious in industrial development area.
