| Modern logistics development is inseparable from standardization, and logistics information standardization is the core of logistics standardization. It is the guarantee of information exchange which happended in enterprises. Our country have enacted 200 logistics information standards up to the end of 2008, but most logistics information standards implementated hard in enterprises. According to the statistics, the utilization rate of these standards in enterprises is only from 20%to 30%. Standards are not unified, which causes poor information exchange between enterprises and impediment the development of Chinese logistics industry seriously.This paper analyses and summarizes the actuality that Logistics Information Standardization is implemented and carried out, then this paper analyses reasons why Logistics Information Standardization is implemented so difficult in our enterprises from external factors and its own business factors. Based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward a set of full operation mode how carries out logistics information standard in enterprises,which is composed by establishing organization, driver and incentive factors, supervision and inspection mechanisms,and improving the standard. At the same time, this paper puts forward Logistics Information Standardization safeguards of operation mode from national policies, law, talent and logistics industry. At last, combined with specific problems,it gives countermeasures and suggestions.This paper puts forward operation mode with implementation of logistics information standard firstly and comprehensively. This paper also discusses issues in implementation of logistics information standard roundly, which makes up the lack of research on operation and implementation in Logistics Information Standardization. This study provides some theoretical guidance of implementation in Logistics Information Standardization and has a certain reference in improving Logistics Information Standardization process. |
