Logistics standardization is the fundamental condition to ensure healthy and orderly development of logistics industry. It has an significant influence on reducing logistics cost and improving logistics benefits. With the rapid development of the logistics industry in China, logistics requires more and more for standardization and standardization is playing an increasingly prominent role. However, there exist some degree of blindness and disorder in subject cooperation, effective resource utilization, information sharing and the standards developing and implementing activities. Standardization has not played a proper role and at the same time caused a lot of resource waste. The lack of a systematic understanding of logistics standardization leads to all these problems. Logistics standardization should be reconsidered in a more comprehensive and coordinative way.From a systematic perspective, this dissertation has conducted a research in the coordination of logistics standardization in China and proposed a mathematic model to evaluate the coordination.At first, regarding the logistics standardization as a complicated dynamic system, it comprehensively analyzed the meaning, elements, structure and function of the system. In this way, it discussed the relationship between the system and the environment, between the sub-systems and between the elements of the system.Second, it studied the coordination of the system. It proposed effective, efficient cost as the coordination objectives and subject coordination, object coordination, resource coordination, information coordination and mechanism coordination as the five aspects of the system coordination. It proposed that it is not only because of the requirement of the logistics standardization system itself but the demand of logistics industry and the driving of subject benefits that the system should develop coordinately. Combining the reality to the theory, it also discussed the coordinate development of logistics standardization system in China.At last, based on the coordination analysis, this dissertation developed a two-level evaluation index system and further built a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the coordination degree of the logistics standardization system. And then, an evaluation example of the logistics standardization system in China was given, the result of which showed that there still be much more to do for Chinese logistics standardization.In addition, there are14figures and16tables in the dissertation.
