Banks belong to the financial services industry.The business outlets of banks are not only the main windows to provide financial services to customers,but also the main places to serve customers and the main channels to realize products.They are also the frontier positions of business management and competition of commercial banks.With the development of networking and intellectualizing,the operation and management of business outlets have undergone tremendous changes,and at the same time,many new problems and contradictions have arisen.The operation and management of business outlets are directly related to the improvement of service quality and efficiency of commercial banks,the prevention of operational risks and the optimization of resource structure,and ultimately affect commercial banks.Value creativity in business.Therefore,how to optimize the operation and management of business outlets,to solve the current outstanding operation and management problems of business outlets.It is the key point that commercial banks need to solve urgently at present.It is also the key to enhance the core competitiveness of commercial banks,speed up the strategic transformation of bank operation and keep up with the pace of the times.NC Branch of ICBC is the first-level branch of ICBC Limited.It has 11 second-level branches and 442 physical outlets.It is also the largest commercial bank in JX Province.Since ICBC launched the standardized management reform of network operation in 2014,although it has accelerated the management of network operation,the actual situation among the network is different,and there are many problems in the reform and construction.Therefore,it is of great significance for ICBC NC Branch to improve its competitiveness by studying and optimizing the standardization reform of its network operation.This paper takes NC Branch of ICBC as the research object,through the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis and comparative analysis,and through collecting a large number of relevant literature on the operation and management of commercial banks outlets at home and abroad,expounds the theories of "business process reengineering","operation risk management" and "operation standardization management".Combined with their own practical experience in the work of bank outlets,this paper analyses the current situation of standardization reform of business outlets in NC Branch of Commercial Bank,and points out that the layout of the outlets is not reasonable enough,the function of the outlets is simplified,the service of the high-end customers is poor,the demand of the outlets is volatility,the ability of obtaining customers is insufficient,and the allocation of human resources is insufficient.In view of the existing problems,such as the large difference of business volume between the low-trough period and the high-peak period,this paper makes an optimization study on the current problems,puts forward the basic ideas of empirical research,and re-orientates and designs the operation and management of business outlets.Through the measures of process optimization,reasonable guidance,operation risk regulation,operation standardization management,post adjustment,optimization of labor mix and so on,we can share the service resources of business outlets,such as personnel and windows,improve the efficiency of business processing and resource utilization,further optimize the human resource allocation of business outlets,and release the network clothing.Business potential,effectively enhance the marketing ability and service level of the outlets,to solve the operational management problems in the actual work of the bank outlets.
